" 100 Broomfield Drive enjoys a favoured location in a small residential cul de sac on the popular eastern side of the village and comprises an attractive chalet style house which enjoys a due west facing garden. The accommodation is extremely dated and requires extensive modernisation and refurbishment but there is tremendous potential for extension to provide a third bedroom on the first floor in common with many other houses on the same development. At present the accommodation affords a large 'L' shaped lounge with a sliding door opening to a small kitchen and it would be possible to sub-divide the lounge and remove the existing dividing wall to create a kitchen/dining room. From our Billingshurst office proceed south down the High Street and at the first mini roundabout turn left up the A272 towards Haywards Heath. On the brow of the hill take the first turning right into Silver Lane and then the second turning left into Willow Drive which leads into Broomfield Drive. Take the first turning left again and 100 Broomfield Drive is the first house on the left hand side.
