" A beautifully presented and most charming Grade II Listed cottage of character providing spacious accommodation and gardens in this sought after village location.

DIRECTIONS From Shrewsbury town centre proceed north along the Ditherington Road to the Heathgates roundabout, then take the second exit onto Sundorne Road and follow this to the end. On reaching the roundabout, on the junction of the A49 proceed straight across heading for Roden/High Ercall. After about 150 metres take the first right turning for Uffington, proceed along this road and after the sharp right hand bend the property will be found immediately on the right hand side clearly identified by a Halls For Sale board. SITUATION The property is conveniently situated within the popular village of Uffington which borders onto open farmland and to the East its overlooked by Haughmond Hill.
