" A detached stone fronted family house being one of four properties located within a private close on the village outskirts, with views across farmland. The property has been well maintained by the current owners and offers well presented accommodation arranged over two floors with four ground floor reception rooms and four bedrooms.

Situation
Chipping Warden is located to the north east of Banbury on the A361 Daventry Road. The village has an old centre together with a number of more modern properties. The older properties are generally constructed in the local ironstone & this includes the substantial parish Church, which is believed to have its origins in the 14th Century. Within the village there are two public houses, a highly regarded local butcher & a primary school. The neighbouring town of Banbury offers a more comprehensive range of shopping & recreational facilities, together with a mainline railway station & Jct 11 of the M40 motorway.
