" An exceptional home built by the current owners in 2010 and located in one the most desirable positions in central Henley. The property is accessed off Bell Lane via secure gates which lead onto the courtyard parking which has space for two cars.

Inside, on the ground floor an entrance hall gives onto a fully fitted kitchen with black granite work tops butler sink and ample storage space. In addition, there is a spacious open plan sittingdining room with French doors leads onto a private south facing walled courtyard garden. There is also a guest WC.

Upstairs, the master bedroom overlooks the rear courtyard and is of a generous size benefiting from several fitted wardrobes and storage cupboards. In addition, there is a fully tiled en-suite with both a separate shower and bath, together with sink and heated towel rail. The 2nd double bedroom which faces the front of the property also benefits from a fitted wardrobe together with en-suite shower room.

The house is electric underfloor heated throughout, with a mixture of carpets, tiles and solid wooden floors. The internal doors are all solid oak and the house is beautifully appointed and decorated throughout.
