" A deceivingly spacious two bedroom end of terraced house. The owners had lived there some forty years, and I am sure they would not object to me saying some modernisation is required. The dining room is directly off the lounge and with the lounge already being generous in its size, perhaps big enough for a dining table too, then one might use the dining room as a study or computer room, as so many do, this day and age. Some time ago the side garden was purchased and hence makes for a nice, wrap around garden. Bigger than the others in close proximity. The property is now vacant, and we believe it will not hang around , so book now to view.

What the Owner says:

When my mother and father bought this property, schooling was not a consideration, it was purchased because at the time for the price it was a big two bedroom house compared with what was available, with the added bonus of a garage and off road parking.Because it is into the development, it feels safe and has proven to be so. Understandably it does need some love and attention, but only to bring it to today's taste as overall it has been looked after over the years and we hope it will make somebody a lovely family home as it did for my mother and father.
