" THIS 2 BEDROOM APARTMENT IS JUST GREAT. BEAUTIFULLY PRESENTED WITH TASTEFUL DECORATION AND QUALITY FITTINGS THROUGHOUT. INCLUDED IS A DEDICATED PARKING SPACE WHICH IS SO VALUABLE THIS CLOSE TO BOURNEMOUTH CENTRE. THIS IS OFFERED AT A FANTASTIC PRICE WITH THE VENDORS HAVING MOVED OUT OF THE AREA.

The vendors have facilitated the sale of this apartment as they are now living away from Bournemouth. Take the large kitchen for example, quality units with a Ferroli combi boiler, built in Zanussi electric oven with gas hob and illuminated extractor hood, Indesit washing machine and a dark silver Samsung American Style fridge/freezer with chilled water and ice dispenser. The colours are delicious with thought going into the floor tiles to tone with the wall tiles and the venetian blind. The main bedroom has a quality fitted wardrobe with a part mirrored front. But my favourite room is the bathroom. The long corridor into it, the wash hand basin separated from the loo and the bath(with shower over) by a square arch, gives it a feel of luxurious privacy, almost like a dressing room. Everything that I have mentioned is included in the price: carpets throughout and quality blinds to each double glazed window. Due to works having been undertaken to the block, the current service charge is higher than normal but the vendors have paid this until the middle of 2015, when the managing agents expect the service charge to revert to former levels.

The location? Just 5 minutes walk to the centre of Bournemouth and just 10 minutes to the award winning beaches. A mix of high street and quirky shops, as well as first class independent stores. The nightlife, the number of eateries and coffee shops are regularly featured on TV demonstrating Bournemouth's appeal. There is top entertainment at the Bournemouth International Centre and the Pavilion Theatre as well as numerous cinema screens.
