" It‘s very rare that a house ticks all the boxes but this stunning five bedroom property really does. Firstly the location, on a quiet cul-de-sac moments from some of Epsom‘s most highly sought-after schools. Then there‘s the wonderfully kept front and rear gardens, superb living space with several reception rooms, plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms and finally the unusually large garage that can store many cars, with room for games and garden storage at the far end. To the right of the generous entry hall is a bay-windowed dining room, while to the left is a sitting room with a study just off it and double doors opening onto a family or play room.
