" A lovely ground floor apartment with a small rear patio style garden. There is a living room / dining room, kitchen, double bedroom and shower room. No Onward Chain.

Cheddar Court is a rather delightful complex of 56 apartments built and in the late eighties and finished in 1990, it is exclusively for over 45's and has a good range of facilities including the parking areas, private parking areas, communal gardens, communal living room / residents living room with a little kitchen area, a communal washing / utility room, and of course, a guest suite for visitors to stay overnight, should it e required. (Small charges will apply) There are also storage rooms available which provides space for mobility vehicles too.
Cheddar Court benefits from a resident manager during the week, but there is also a Care Line for out of hour issues.

Communal Entrance The main communal entrance hall is a most welcoming area, a very warm and appealing hallway with a sweeping staircase leading to the first floor, there are access doors to the laundry / utility room, the guest suite and of course, the communal living room / day room. Communal Lounge There is a large communal living room with ample seating and a TV area. You are welcome to come and mingle, watch tv, play games, cards etc, when-ever you like.
