Full description:
14 Colehills Close is a well maintained end of terrace modern home built of brick and block construction with rendered elevations under a pan tiled roof. The current owners has recently installed a beautiful new kitchen and new uPVC doors and windows throughout. The accommodation comprises an entrance lobby with stairs to first floor and a sitting room with a brick built fireplace and tiled hearth, which leads to the newly fitted kitchen/dining room. This has been total remodelled with stylish curved kitchen cupboards and granite worktops. From Saffron Walden take the B1052 Newport Road out of the town, turning left on the B1383 and continuing into Newport. At Newport Village Stores turn right - signposted to Wicken Bonhunt/Clavering. Proceed through Wicken Bonhunt and into Clavering. Continue down the hill and just after The Fox & Hounds Public House turn right and take the first turning right into Colehills Close. Proceed round to the right and the property will be found at the far end of the development. "
