" This fantastic home is set in a private location yet only a few minutes walk from the Baydon village centre. The ground floor benefits from beautiful wood floors throughout and offers plenty of entertaining space, including a large reception room with a new woodburner to the rear of the property overlooking the garden, a drawing room and a dining room, both of which also have open fireplaces, as well as a wonderful vaulted kitchen/breakfast room with a bar and drinks fridge. Further, there is a double bedroom with an ensuite, a separate utility room, a laundry room and a cellar. Upstairs, there is a vast master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom and two further double bedrooms, one of which also has an ensuite. Further, there is a large suite with a double bedroom, ensuite and dressing area, which could also be used as a playroom or snug. Accessed via a separate staircase from the ground floor are another two self contained bedrooms with a shared bathroom, ideal for a nanny or guests.

Situation
The popular village of Baydon has a general store/Post Office, a public house, a good primary school, a church and a cricket ground. Further, it has the distinct advantage of being within catchment for the sought after school of St. Johns in Marlborough. The market towns of Marlborough and Hungerford are within a 10 mile radius, whilst the expanding commercial centre of Swindon is about 7 miles away.
