" Orchard House is a spacious, extended four double bedroomed home, which has been much improved by the current owners.

The heart of this home is the kitchen, which is great for entertaining! Having recently been replaced, it has granite worksurfaces, and an integrated dishwasher. There's an AGA Masterchef double oven cooker, space for an American style fridge/freezer and central island that provides even more storage. This large, light and airy room is great for the whole family, with the family room attached to it and it has space for a large table and chairs.  Another nice feature underneath the kitchen is the small wine cellar.  The flooring is polished Travertine that has the benefit of underfloor heating.  Just off the kitchen is a large utility room and downstairs cloakroom.

The lounge is light and airy with windows front and back, with the centre piece log burner with its lighting feature taking command of the room!   Just off the hallway, is also the separate dining room, that the current owners use as an office.

Upstairs,  the light and spacious landing leads to four double bedrooms.  There's an en-suite shower room to the master bedroom and the family bathroom has a roll top bath.  There is also a large walk in linen storage cupboard, great for extra storage!
