THE AREA

Bedale provides all local services, including a weekly market on Tuesdays, primary and secondary schools and leisure and professional facilities. The area also provides a vast range of traditional country activities including scenic walks, golf courses and country sports.

The M1 (2 miles) is the main route connecting the north east to London and Edinburgh together with Northallerton main line railway station (9 miles) and Durham Tees Valley Airport (27 miles).

The rear garden runs down to Bedale Beck and is approximately 85 meters long by 10 meters wide and is divided up into sections. There is access to the beck via a small gate at the bottom of the garden.

DIRECTIONS

From the M1 follow the A684 towards Bedale. Turn left when you get to the crossroads at the top of Bridge Street. The Oaks is situated on the left hand side of the road marked by a George F White for sale board.
