LOCATION

Grosvenor Place is ideally located for doorstep access to both Upper Warlingham and Whyteleafe train stations. 

Whyteleafe ia a village in the district of Tandridge.  The village, situated in the valley of the North Downs, has three railway stations on two parallel lines for ease of commuting, all stations are within Zone 6, enabling Oyster cards to be used.  Buses along the Godstone Road (407 and 434) serving the local area, covering Coulsdon, Purley, Croydon and Caterham. Whyteleafe Village offers excellent shopping facilities to include pubs, a micro pub, a variety of restaurants, fish and chip shop, post office, general store, chemist, hairdresser as well as two petrol stations, one incorporating an M & S food outlet. Within a few minutes' walk, to the east of the village, is a large recreation ground below wooded hills, with an informal sports field and playground. Whyteleafe F.C. is the main football club, being semi professional and part of the 'Athenian' league.  For leisure pursuits, De Stafford Sports Centre offers a gym  and fitness studio, multi-purpose sports hall, swimming pool and cafe. For golfers, there are the picturesque and challenging golf courses of Farleigh Common as well as North Downs Golf Course and Woldingham Golf Course.
