" This family home is situated within the highly desirable Cassiobury Estate in Watford, offering versatile and spacious accommodation. The house was substantially renovated by the current owners six years ago including new heating, plumbing, electrical wiring and lighting, plastering, rendering and double glazing throughout, with further space and opportunity to extend if desired (STPP). The front door has a storm porch into the entrance hall with oak flooring which extends through the ground floor. There is a cloakroom with WC and basin and a coat cupboard. A glazed door leads into the kitchen which is open plan to the sitting room featuring a wood-burner and exposed brick work. This leads on to a spacious dining room, perfect for modern family life. The kitchen is fitted with stylish light colour units with quartz work tops. Integrated appliances include an induction hob, triple Neff ovens, larder style fridge and freezer, two sliding food cupboards, a dishwasher and double ceramic sink.
