" Constructed just over 9 years ago, Violet Cottage is a bright and spacious property which has been kept in good decorative order by the current owners. It is obvious that a great deal of care was taken during the original build with the fixtures and fittings, and these include; attractive solid wooden doors, under floor zoned heating, high 'spec' kitchen and bathroom fittings and there is the remainder of a ten year Zurich guarentee. As the house is built slightly into a hill, the accommodation has been re-arranged from a conventional layout to make the most of the light and views. Laid out over three floors, it would be possible to live on just two, retaining the third bedroom as possibly guest accommodation or as an office.

Great Wishford is a well served village, with a good range of facilities approximately 6 miles north-west of Salisbury, in the well known Wylye Valley. "
