This beautiful period property has stunning original features, lots of space, a fantastic dining kitchen and an enclosed private garden.

The hallway has lovely architrave and ceiling rose work adding to the grand feel. Doorways lead to each of the receptions rooms whilst a grand staircase leads to the first floor.

The ground floor of the property has two large reception rooms and a WC. The first reception room is to the front elevation of the house and has wood effect flooring and neutral decor. The room has a very grand feeling with very high ceilings and a fireplace that adds a nice focal point. The second reception room faces the rear of the property and has French doors leading out to the rear garden. Again the room has high ceilings, but also benefits from built in storage. The WC is fitted with a simple white suite of basin and loo.

The lower ground floor of the property was once a basement, but now houses a fabulous dining kitchen. The kitchen area is fitted with a range of wall and base units in a fashionable cream tone and also has the benefit of a large range style oven, there is plumbing in place for washing machines etc. The dining area is a large space and could house living furniture as well if required. A section of this floor has been retained to provide storage / utility space. The kitchen also has further access out to the rear garden.

The first floor of the property is home to three double bedrooms and the house bathroom. The original master bedroom is a large double bedroom to the front elevation of the house and is provided with a range of fitted furniture, has neutral decor and neutral carpets. The second bedroom is another large double bedroom facing the rear elevation, whilst the third bedroom is a slightly smaller double room - but nonetheless will fit all furniture required for a double room. The second floor of the property has been converted from an attic to provide a fabulous fourth bedroom, complete with its own en-suite.
