LOCATION

Lee Common is a delightful hilltop village which is surrounded by beautiful Chiltern countryside within a short distance of Great Missenden (approximately 2.5 miles) and Amersham

(approximately 7.5 miles). These offer multiple shopping facilities and amenities as well as stations providing a London commuter service via the Metropolitan or Chiltern Line from Amersham, and Chiltern Line from Great Missenden.

The area is renowned for its excellent range of schools including Dr Challoner`s Boys Grammar School and High School for girls in Amersham and Little Chalfont respectively. Lee Common Church of England infant`s school for 4-7 year olds is close by.

TENANT FEES

When you agree to take a tenancy of a property through Hadlands, we`ll require the following:

A holding charge of ?200.00 which enables us to withdraw the property from the market. This will be deducted from the first rent payment at the beginning of the let and is non- refundable if the tenancy does not commence.
