" This already extended two double bedroomed Grade II listed cottage is centrally located within the town overlooking St Mary Magdalen Church and measures an impressive 764sqft being approx. 100sqft larger than some other similar town centre cottage properties.

Internally this property has in the past undergone extensive modernisation and is very much the typical character cottage with exposed wood beam work, split levels between rooms, three fireplaces together with ceilings and doorways of various heights throughout the accommodation. Having benefitted from a two storey rear extension this property now boasts two large reception areas, a good sized kitchen to the ground floor while the first floor provides two double bedrooms and a modern fitted vintage style bathroom.

As well as access from Chapel Street the property also has a convenient rear access where parking is currently available close by for a separate charge, access to the house is a via a gate and path through the garden.

Being so central and within sight of Billericay`s vibrant town centre we feel this cottage would blend equally well between being a home or even a place of work.
