When buying a home the most important thing for us is that our family must be safe. We used to live at 44 Folkswood Way, which is one of the smaller designed 4 bedrooms, when we found this property would be coming to the market, we didn’t hesitate and snapped it up immediately. What attracted us to this home was the large westerly aspect garden and the 2 en-suites. We have been able to put our own mark on our home by fitting the largest conservatory regulations would allow and re-fitting the kitchen. We love our movies so we have converted our garage into a home cinema and because we are detached we don’t need to worry about annoying the neighbours.
