" We recommend viewing this four-bedroom detached house, situated in the village of Kirk Merrington which allows access to nearby major trunk routes to Spennymoor, Bishop Auckland and using the A167 or A1(m) north and south to destinations further afield.

The house would ideally suit a family or a couple as it has three double bedrooms and a single bedroom currently used as an office. The principal bedroom provides an en- suite shower room.

The family bathroom has bath, washbasin and WC.
