This stone built end of terrace is being sold by online auction with viewings available straight away. The properties appeal would generally be to builderinvestors as it is ready for a comprehensive programme of refresh and refurbishment.

The property is deceptive from the kerb side as there is an extension to the left hand side. This could, subject to the relevant permissions, provide an opportunity to extend above.
