" This traditional semi-detached house requires updating/modernisation and stands on the southerly side of Ansty Road enjoying a pleasant sunny aspect rear garden with allotments beyond. There are views to the front over a park area with children's playground. Internally there is gas central heating, double glazing as described and the property is offered for sale with the advantage of No Chain.
