LOCATION Windy Oaks Farm occupies a truly outstanding rural position which commands breath-taking views stretching from the Clent Hills in the north around to the Malvern Hills in the south. Despite it wonderful rural setting it is very well placed for access to local centres with Malvern 5 miles and Worcester 9 miles (distances approx).
Both Malvern and Worcester have direct rail connections to Birmingham and London Paddington.
There is good M5 motorway access via Junction 7 to the south of Worcester. ROUTE TO THE PROPERTY Proceed out of Worcester following the signposts for Hereford. Continue through the villages of Bransford and Leigh Sinton and upon entering the village of Storridge take a right hand turn off the main road signposted to Birchwood. Continue up this lane for 0.8 of a mile before location the property, Windy Oaks Farm ahead on your right hand side. SERVICES Mains electricity, water and gas. Drainage is to a private disposal system. Gas fired central heating is installed. Broadband is connected. THE APPROACH Windy Oaks Farm is approached over twin gates and along quality tarmacadam driveway providing extensive parking to the front of the house. GARDENS AND GROUNDS There are expansive sweeping lawns, a small pond and rear full width paved terrace with raised shrubbery beds.
