This well-presented four bedroom semi-detached property has a double storey extension offering spacious and flexible accommodation.

The property is situated in an attractive crescent within the popular Crookham Village which is within easy access of Fleet town with its extensive amenities including Fleet mainline railway station.

On the ground floor is the entrance hallway with doors into both the sitting room and family room.  The sitting room has a front aspect window, feature fireplace and double doors opening to the kitchendining room.  The family room has a side aspect window and double doors opening once again to the kitchendining room.  A shower room is located off the family room.

Fleet town is close by and has excellent commuter links by both rail and road. There are regular trains to London Waterloo taking around 43 minutes and the town is located off Junction 4a of the M3 motorway which links to the M25.
