Spinney Cottage is a country home situated one mile from the picturesque village of Hayfield. Only a minutes walk from the Sett Valley Trail, with a bridleway adjacent to the cottage leading to Lantern Pike, with its panoramic views of the dramatic Kinder Scout and the surrounding Peak District. Ideal for mountain bikers to explore the numerous bridleways. The property is within easy driving distance of Castleton and the Limestone Caverns, Buxton, Chatsworth House & Lyme Park.
Loved by the current owner for nearly 50 years, and for a period of just over 15 years, ran a successful B&B business from the premises. Originally bought back in 1965 when the property was Five derelict cottages. The current owners late husband renovated and restored the five cottage into two semi detached homes.
