" Offering manageable accommodation, this inner townhouse offers two good sized bedrooms and features PVCu double glazed windows and a gas fired central heating system. There are two block paved allocated parking spaces at the front. The accommodation itself comprises:- entrance porch, lounge diner with the dining area having French PVCu doors giving access into the enclosed rear garden, kitchen with built in oven and hob, first floor landing, two bedrooms and house bathroom with white suite. As mentioned there are two allocated spaces to the front. The rear garden is enclosed with lawn and flagged patio/seating area and enjoys a pleasant outlook with views across neighbouring gardens and beyond. The property has good access to amenities within the village itself but is in an ideal commuting location for surrounding major centres and motorway networks. It would suit a variety of age groups.

A timber entrance door with an arched over light and decorative glazed panels gives access into the entrance porch. ENTRANCE PORCH This has a PVCu double glazed window to one side, a central heating radiator and a timber and multi-panelled glazed door opens into the lounge. LOUNGE 6.50m(21'4'') approx x 4.17m(13'8'') max This as the floor layout plan demonstrates is a particularly good sized room. It incorporates both living and dining areas. It has a built in double wardrobe, a broad PVCu double glazed window to the front and a central heating radiator. BEDROOM 2 3.00m(9'10'') approx x 2.39m(7'10'') approx This is a good sized second bedroom positioned to the rear of the property with a broad PVCu window overlooking the garden and across neighbouring gardens and beyond.
