The block is shared by five further flats, the formal chapel and has been sympathetically converted. As soon as you walk into the lounge you cannot fail to be impressed by the tall arched windows, 17' high ceiling on the first level bedroom area which is open planned and overlooks the lounge below. The kitchen comes with modern fitted units, an electric oven, hob and extractor hood (all untested) and heating is via electric storage heaters (untested) and the property has been redecorated with new carpets laid.
