" This is a perfect 'escape to the country' home located on the south facing slopes of Winterfold. Built in the 1800's and with a wealth of character features throughout, this light and airy cottage has to be seen to be appreciated.

A gable porch sits centrally to the front of the cottage providing space to leave your boots and coats before entering the sitting room which enjoys views across the front garden. This handsome room is furnished with an oak floor and is centred around a fabulous inglenook fireplace with oak mantle, and wood-burner on a brick hearth. Double doors open into the kitchen/breakfast room which also enjoys far reaching views. This room is furnished with a range of cream cottage-style units with wrought iron furniture plus integral one and half bowl sink. The breakfast area has a brace and latch door to a roomy pantry. From the kitchen you access a bathroom with white suite made up of bath, vanity unit with large sink and separate lavatory.
