Situation
In an elevated position in Cliffe Road, which rises up above the Ockford Road, and is well placed for easy access to the town centre and station. Godalming provides a variety of restaurants and specialist stores, as well as Waitrose and Sainsbury's supermarkets. The mainline station (Waterloo in 47 minutes), is within a mile and the A3 can be accessed at Milford and is within 1.5 miles. There are a good selection of schools, all within easy reach. The County Town of Guildford is approximately 4 miles to the north and offers unrivalled facilities. There are excellent road communications to London and the South Coast, as well as giving access to both Heathrow and Gatwick airports via the M25 and M23 motorways.
