" A well presented five bedroom detached family house with garage and garden and located within easy reach of the centre of this thriving and prime village. The house offers light and airy accommodation and well proportioned rooms. Of particular note is the kitchen/breakfast room, a generous light room with three sets of French doors open onto the garden and fitted with a good range of kitchen cupboards with built in dishwasher, gas hob and double electric oven, a door leads through to a very useful family room or study with an internal door into the garage. The sitting room is double aspect with sliding patio doors and is fitted with a wood burning stove. There are four bedrooms and a family bathroom on the first floor with a P shaped shower bath. the largest bedroom has triple built in wardrobes and an ensuite shower. The master bedroom is on the second floor and has built in cupboards and an excellent ensuite wet room.

Situation
Isles Road is a small residential close with the highly regarded primary school and set within easy access to the centre of this desirable village. Ramsbury is an active and thriving village which offers good day-to-day amenities with various shops, pubs, a healthcare practice, a good primary school which has an excellent reputation and the village offers sporting facilities. The market towns of Marlborough (about 6 miles) and Hungerford (about 5 miles) are close at hand. Whilst the larger commercial centres of Swindon and Newbury are about 14 and 15 miles respectively. The M4 motorway can be accessed at junction 14 (about 7 miles) or junction 15 (about 12 miles) and there are trains to London Paddington from Swindon, Hungerford and Newbury. The surrounding downland countryside is designated as an area of outstanding natural beauty.
