No. 32 is a very well cared for and bright second floor apartment located in the Cloverdale Court retirement complex situated close to the town centre.

The flat benefits from comfortable living space and has been looked after extremely well by the current owners. The property has a very light aspect and benefits from wonderful sea views from the large windows within the lounge. The flat would ideally suit those looking for easy to maintain accommodation.

Cloverdale Court is a well maintained complex of purpose built retirement apartments. Included within the management charge is a part time Facilities Manager who organises the day to day running of the property and a 24 hour alarm system in place to which all the flats are connected.
