Directional Note: From the centre of Highcliffe, continue eastward along Lymington Road, passing through the traffic lights and taking the first exit from the roundabout into Ringwood Road.  Continue to the shops at Walkford, turning right into Glenville Road where the property will be found on the left. 

Situated in Walkford just on the outskirts of Highcliffe, and in a convenient location for shops and transport links, is this extended semi-detached house. The extended kitchen breakfast room on the rear is a particular feature of the property.

The front provides off road parking for several vehicles and is laid to shingle for ease of maintenance. It is bound by hedge row and a low front wall.

On the immediate rear of the house is a decking area and a patio which provides a lovely outside seating space. There is an area laid to lawn with a further decking area at the rear and area laid to wood chippings. There is a rear access gate.

There is a summer house in the rear garden, it has power and light and has been part insulated so would make a good home office. The private garden has a westerly aspect.
