" The current owners of this mid 19th Century cottage have enjoyed their home for the past eight years during which time they have modernised and improved both the interior and exterior to create a home ready to move into.

A double glazed front door leads into the entrance hall which has an understairs storage area and Engineered Oak flooring. The oak floor extends through to the lovely sitting/dining room which overlooks the rear garden and views beyond. The dining area has feature brick steps down to the sitting room which has double glazed patio doors leading out onto the decking. The extremely well designed kitchen also has the oak flooring and is fitted with cream units with wooden work surfaces. Integrated units include a slim-line dishwasher, a washer/dryer, a fridge and freezer together with an oven and microwave. The AEG hob has an extractor over and the part tiled walls add to this modern room.
