" This is a large impressive detached 5/6 bedroom farmhouse situated in a quiet rural village but only a short distance to Barnstaple town centre. Situated on the edge of the village down a cul-de-sac, provides quiet rural living accommodation for a large family or dual family occupancy. There is a front entrance to the road, however to the side is driveway access to side garden where there is ample parking for several cars and a level lawned area.
