DIRECTIONS
From High Wycombe town centre proceed along the West Wycombe Road and turn left onto Chapel Lane. Continue straight over the mini roundabouts and follow the road onto New Road then at the top of the hill turn left onto Rutland Avenue. Take the fourth turning on the left onto Middle Way then follow the road round to the right where it becomes Spearing Road. Continue along the road and the property can be found on the right hand side.
