" This property is sandwiched in between Buckhurst Hill and Roding Valley stations, so you are spoilt for choice for the daily commute. There is off road parking directly in front of the house. It's a quiet little cul de sac, so when your friends come to visit there is often space for them to park too.The two reception rooms mean that you can use the front room as a dining room, whilst having the extended through lounge at the rear as the heart of the home. In parallel the kitchen has been extended too and stretches 18ft long. Both the kitchen and through lounge have access to the garden and I can imagine in the summer time the large garden gets lots of use.
There is some redecoration required, although the kitchen is quite modern. The current owners have also utilised the loft space, and from what I can see the son really enjoys it up there. The cul de sacs along Buckhurst Way are a great place to live, as often you find everyone gets to know one another and there is a little bit of community spirit. This would be a great first time buy or even for someone who wants large room sizes and a great balance of accommodation

What the Owner says:

I loved living here particularly because everything is on close hand. I use the trains and so does my son, we can be at either station in less than 10 minutes. When we have had gatherings in the past we haven't even needed the dining room as the through lounge is so large. I also enjoy my kitchen as there is lots of work top space and storage. My son enjoys it in the loft space, it gives him a bit of independence to pursue his hobbies. I do appreciate the property needs a bit of TLC, although we have decorated some of the rooms, I am sure somebody else will come in and put their own stamp on. The only reason I am moving is that it's too large for the two of us and it's time for us to get a smaller house.
