" The Cottage is a four bedroom property situated in a pleasant position in the heart of this picturesque village. Wartnaby is a peaceful and quiet village surrounded by attractive rolling countryside with no through-traffic. This village is situated approximately 4 miles north west of the Melton Mowbray which offers a good range of shops and services to support everyday needs. Grantham is 20 miles to the north east which has a fast train link to London. The larger cities of Leicester and Nottingham are approximately 15 miles away providing extensive shopping, services and recreational activities. The accommodation in brief: The property is entered via a part glazed hard wood door to the RECEPTION HALL which has a window to the front, open fireplace, exposed ceiling beam, slate tiled floor, staircase to the first floor landing, doors to: STUDY which has two windows overlooking the surrounding countryside to the rear, exposed ceiling beams and part exposed stone walls.
