" Martin & Co are pleased to offer for rent a wonderful four bedroom home in Lancaster, close to motorway links, main roads to Morecambe and Lancaster City Centre! Redecorated throughout in fresh cream!

We enter into a hallway off which is the first reception room, perfect for a dining room or home office perhaps. Then through to the main living room, which is a good sized room with lots of understairs storage. To the rear is the kitchen with brand new wood effect flooring, lots of modern base and wall units, electric hob and oven, fridge freezer and space for washing machine.

Behind the kitchen is a small separate hallway leading to rear door out to small yard with back gate. Off this hallway is also the bathroom with white three piece suite comprising WC, wash basin and bath with shower over - fresh and clean!
