" If you are looking for a property what is spacious, light and modern, then this is the one for you.Built six years ago within this modern development, it sits up high on the outskirts of Newhaven and offers some fantastic views from the front bedrooms. You can see across to Seaford Bay, the white cliffs and the lighthouse at the end of the harbour walk. The house itself is excellent for entertaining. With a good sized lounge and glazed doors leading to the separate dining room there is plenty of space. The kitchen/diner is modern and light with everything you need. The first thing you notice when you move upstairs are the size of the bedrooms. All four are doubles with the master bedroom having an en-suite shower room. With a modern bathroom and ample space you are spoilt for choice. With a separate W/C downstairs and an integral garage and the comfort of gas central heating and double glazing, all you need to do is sit back and enjoy the peaceful surroundings.Outside to the front there is enough parking for at least two cars plus the garage and the rear garden is a patio leading from the lounge or kitchen. With a further raised decked area it catches the sun all afternoon. Lastly, you still have the remainder of your ten year NHBC certificate.

What the Owner says:

We moved from Saltdean and when we first saw the house could not believe the size of the rooms. We love having the family over and there is plenty of bedrooms for when the grand children want to stay over.Being brand new when we bought it ,we didn't have to worry about anything and find the property relatively cheap and efficient to run.It is close to the cliff top walks and we enjoy the good neighbours and friends we have made since we have lived here.
