" The original front door, with stained glass panels, opens into the reception hall, which in turn provides access to the sitting room, dining room, kitchenbreakfast room in addition to stairs to the first floor landing and down to the cellar. The sitting room has a focal point fireplace with marble surround and hearth with tiled inlay and gas fire. There are bespoke units to either side of the fire with shelving and storage. To the front of the room is a bay window. The dining room is another superb reception space with a traditional focal point fireplace and French doors leading to the open veranda and garden to the rear of the property. The kitchenbreakfast room was re-fitted by the current owner using a local supplier and has a range of built in units and integrated appliances including double oven, hob, fridge, freezer, washing machine and dishwasher. The kitchen is dual aspect with a space for a breakfast table and chairs. There is a pocket door to the rear leading into a rear hall with store cupboard and cloakroom; a side door leads out to the patio and garden.
