" The internal accommodation is both bright and inviting with a number of attractive original features having been retained, which certainly complement this fine home. The property enjoys an open southerly aspect with fine distant views of the Snowdonia mountains and the distant distinctive outline of the hills on the Llyn Peninsula, whilst being conveniently placed for the local schools and leisure facilities. The upgrading of this property included a new kitchen and bathroom - the kitchen features solid wood work surfaces and a built-in gas hob and electric oven with the bathroom likewise reflecting a contemporary design. With 2 reception rooms, there is the choice of enjoying some key features within each, such as the exquisite tiled fireplace and bay window and also the modern feature slate chimney breast and living flame gas fie. The property benefits from uPVC double glazing (with the exception of one small window) and gas central heating.
