" An extremely well presented and modernised flat within a character Grade II Listed building situated just off Swanage sea front and the town centre convenient for access to The Down and Victorian Pier. 1 bedroom, living room/kitchen, bathroom/W.C., electric heating, secondary double glazing, communal garden and allocated parking. Some sea views.

SITUATION: Almost adjacent ?The Downs? which give access to coastal walks, and conveniently situated for the main town centre amenities, Old Stone Quay and Victorian Pier. DESCRIPTION: A first floor flat forming part of a converted character building of rendered elevations under a slate roof. The current owners have extensively refurbished the flat which has a re-fitted kitchen, re-fitted bathroom and range of bespoke fitted bedroom furniture. The block itself has a good sized communal garden and this particular flat has an allocated car parking space.
