" This attractive bay fronted semi detached house was constructed in the 1950s by Wilson Builders and stands on a large corner plot providing ample scope for extension of the existing dwelling, subject to planning permission. The interior also offers scope for some improvement comprising three bedrooms and bathroom, a reception hall, through lounge and dining room, kitchen, utility room, cloakroom and a study/garden room. Externally there is a 28 foot long detached garage with a work space at the rear and at the front of the property there is a private drive and off road parking. The rear garden is a particular feature, facing in a westerly direction, with extensive lawns and vegetable garden and standing adjacent to a pocket park.
