" Set in the lovely location of Hurst Point View this house is somewhat of a 'Tardis'! A good size kitchen which has plenty of potential to turn it into a chef’s delight! Whilst the light and bright lounge has doors out to the easy care garden, which during the summer will be just the place to sit out and relax with a book and a glass of something fruity. Three double bedrooms mean that there will be no squabbling over who gets the small room - however fights may break out over who gets the master with its en suite shower room and views towards Tennyson Down. Totland itself has plenty to offer, with its gorgeous sandy beaches, country walks and eateries there is always something to do and see. So if you are looking for a home that you can move straight into while you plan the finishing touches to make it your own special haven, then pick up the 'phone - this is the one for you.

What the Owner says:

13 years ago we put in an offer on a property in this road. When my parents came to have a look at what we were buying they fell in love with this one and put in an offer of their own. The luxury of buying a brand new house meant future maintenance was minimal. Time flys by and now things have changed it is time for the next person to make it their own. It’s a lovely quiet place to live, yet close to the village to pop in for a bit of shopping. My father spent many happy hours pottering in the garage where he had his work bench and tools for doing any bits of DIY he fancied, before packing up a picnic for an afternoon at nearby Fort Victoria.
