" Gorgeous 3 bedroom house to rent in Barrow upon Humber, This house has a garden to the front and private garden at the back. Decking to the back of the converted garage, which could be used as seperate living quarters. There is a large drive which forks off to the front door and to the garage which is set slightly back from the house.

When entering the house there are stairs and a hallway. The hallway leads to a dining room , kitchen, under stair cupboard and large living area with patio to the back garden.

The kichen is good size and fully fitted with a modern white look. From the kitchen is a utility area which leads to the side door which exits the property onto the driveway. There is also a w/c,sink and shower cubicle downstairs with access from the utility area.

When going upstairs there are 3 bedrooms and a bathroom, 2 double bedrooms and one smaller room though it can still fit a double bed in as it has fitted wardrobes.

The bathroom has a bathtub with shower over the top, w/c and sink.

The house will be rented out part furnished though if you wanted it unfurnished this could be arranged.

There will be a deposit of one months rent which will go into the tenancy deposit scheme, all household bills must be paid by the tenant.
