" Dating from about 1875 The Coach House was formerly two cottages imaginatively converted in 2002 and, more recently, extended and rearranged to provide spacious family accommodation as shown on the enclosed plan. Throughout the house and gardens there are many notable features, some of which include the following: ? Set well away from the road and approached by a long private drive, the house takes full advantage of its superb setting with a number of rooms enjoying the outstanding far reaching views. ? The interior is extremely light and spacious, accentuated with beautiful oak floors to much of the ground floor and polished slate tiles in the entrance hall. ? The kitchen/breakfast room is exceptionally well fitted and equipped with long granite work surfaces, Shaker style floor and wall cupboards with a Smeg range cooker with 6 ring LPG gas hob, integral dishwasher, two bowl sink unit and cooker hood extractor etc. There is a central island unit and breakfast bar and this combines superbly with the garden room, at present used as the dining room, with wide glazed double doors to the kitchen, windows on three sides with double doors to the terrace and outlook over the garden and far beyond. ? The drawing room and sitting room are well proportioned rooms with high ceilings both with wood burning stoves and views. The drawing room has French doors to the terrace and the sitting room French doors to the attractive front courtyard. ? The reception hall has fine oak arched double front doors, stairs to the first floor, double doors to the playroom and door to the study which is fitted with an extensive range of book shelves. From the kitchen/breakfast room there is a very useful boot room, shower room and utility room. ? The delightful principal bedroom is nearly 28? in length, has outlooks on two sides, and enjoys the views. There is a superb en suite bathroom which, as well as the roll top bath, has a walk-in shower, WC and vanity unit with oval wash hand basin and a door to a large walk-in wardrobe cupboard/dressing closet. There is a well fitted family bathroom and shower room serving the further three bedrooms. "
