" A delightful period property, formly an original gamekeepers cottage for the Burley Estate and now forming part of a small, very select development of properties on the edge of Burley Park, close to the famous market town of Oakham. The cottage offers deceptively spacious accommodation with character of, on the ground floor, reception hall, cloakroom/wc, lounge, dining room, breakfast kitchen and a utility room. To the first floor there are three good sized bedrooms and two bathrooms. Outside there are delightful walled gardens, parking and a large single garage. Viewing of this pretty cottage in this prime Rutland location is highly recommended by the selling agent.

BURLEY ON THE HILL Burley on the Hill is a delightful hamlet about two miles from the centre of Oakham. It does have a church but all main facilities are available in Oakham or alternatively to the other side of the village, in the village of Cottesmore, there is a shop, post office, school, church and sporting facilities.
For commuters Burley is ideally located within driving distance of Oakham station where there are connections to Leicester and the Midlands, or Peterborough for London Kings Cross.
