" A mature three bedroom semi detached family home in a popular location within easy reach of the town centre. The accomodation comprises entrance porch leading into entrance hall which has stairs to first floor and doors to sitting room and kitchen. The sitting room has a Upvc double glazed window to the front aspect, feature fireplace and double sliding doors which lead into the dining room which has double glazed sliding doors onto the south facing garden and a door through to the kitchen. The kitchen is fitted with floor and wall mounted storage units with space for a gas cooker. There is also a door leading into the side passage which has two storage cupboards, a W.C and door to the rear garden. On the first floor are three good sized bedrooms and bathroom fitted with a white suite. The attractive rear garden is south facing and a good size, mainly laid to lawn with a patio area and flower/shrub borders. The property is warmed by gas fired central heating and benefits further from double glazing and off road parking for one car via a shared access but has futher potential for more parking within the front garden.
