" It's one of those locations where everyone dreams of living. The backdrop panoramic views over the North Downs are breathtaking! Imagine waking up every day to that natural countryside picture. I absolutely adore the retro 1960's features that the property preserves and these features sweep through every room in the house. On entering the property your eyes are naturally drawn to the stunning sweeping staircase that galleries out at the top and is mirrored with the floor to ceiling 17ft window letting the light flood in. The lounge/diner has a focal point fireplace and dual aspect light with patio doors leading out to the patio where you can sit and enjoy the peace and quiet of the downs. This view is captured also in the master bedroom where you also have patio doors leading out to a decked area "what an amazing place to sit and have your breakfast". The kitchen/diner is a great space and the original units are quaint, it would be a shame to replace it, but if you decide to re-design it you will have so much space you could go crazy. There is so much potential with this property to make it your home and put your own stamp on it, you may love it as it is or have plans to change it but whatever you decide, one thing is for sure, you will be hard pushed to get a location like this and that's the one thing you cannot change.
