" Situated in-between Godalming and Milford is this semi-detached family home, occupying a good size plot with lovely country views to the rear. The property was originally built in the 1960s and has been significantly updated over the years, with the most notable improvement being the garage conversion and extension to create a large detached outbuilding which offers the new owners a great deal of flexibility, with it being suitable as a gym, offices or stores. Internally the house is well presented with bright, neutral interiors making it suitable for immediate occupation, with great potential for personalisation. The mostly open plan ground floor has excellent flow and makes the accommodation feel spacious and light.

On the ground floor, an entrance hallway leads to a shower room with w.c., a large reception room which runs from the front to the back of the house, a kitchen and attached dining room. Upstairs there are three good-size double bedrooms and a family bathroom.

Situation
Primrose Ridge is located on high ground just to the south of Godalming town centre. Godalming is approx. 1.25 miles away with its wide range of amenities and historic High Street, excellent shops with both Waitrose and Sainsbury‘s supermarkets, restaurants, cafes and pubs. Godalming Mainline station serves Waterloo in about 48 minutes. The thriving village of Milford is about 0.75 mile away with a further choice of shops, which include the highly regarded Secrett‘s farm shop, two smaller super markets, pharmacy and post office. Milford also provides access onto the A3 LondonPortsmouth Road and Rodborough School. Further schools are also in the immediate vicinity, including Godalming 6th Form college. Guildford is only some 4 miles away.
